How fast you make these products?
1: Custom Apparel small order within 1 hour if you visit factory, large order within 48 hours. 2: Custom Mat and Custom Tent, within 48 hours.
What printing method and materials do you use?
Apparel prints with DTF transfer, full color, no per-color setup cost, and holds up through regular washing. Mats print with direct injection printing. Tents print in full color with direct injection printing.
What’s the process to get something custom made?
Send us your logo or design file for the product you want.
Is there a minimum order?
Apparel has no minimum, one piece is fine. Mats and tents are made to order per unit as well. Bulk apparel orders get better pricing per piece.
Do you ship outside of California?
We ship outside California, and shipping cost and timeline case by case, normal product time: within 2 business working days.
What file format should I send?
Vector files print cleanest: PNG OR PDF. If you don’t have one, a high-res PNG or JPG (300 DPI or higher) usually works too. If your file isn’t print-ready, we’ll tell you before we build your proof.
What if I need changes after I’ve already approved a proof?
Once production has started, changes aren’t possible. You’ll need to place a new order. If something prints wrong on our end, we fix it at no charge.
